As a preferred engineer for several national companies, a majority of our business includes commercial development for large retail and shopping centers. CSS also pursues commercial development for small retailers, shopping centers, mixed use developments, light industrial, higher education, residential and municipal projects. The majority of our projects come from repeat customers (local and national clients) that understand the personal service, professionalism and honesty we provide with each project. The staff at CSS holds professional engineering licenses in 16 states, covering the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions through offices located in the Tampa, Florida and Greenville, South Carolina.
