Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology is a state government engineering institution in Allahabad (officially Prayagraj). It is affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Admissions to the college are based upon the merit of the student in the State Entrance Exam (SEE) conducted by Dr. A.P.J.
