As modern-day undergraduates, we often feel compelled to follow the footsteps of our mentors. We constantly try to color between the lines and follow conventions religiously. It's hard for us to stray too far from these boundaries, to give in to our creative instincts, and innovate old protocols. Since we are the future of this community, we believe, we too, should be empowered to make our distinct voices heard.The International Collegiate Journal of Science (ICJS) is an online platform that aims to elevate undergraduate involvement in the field of science communication. The primary purpose of ICJS is to unify undergraduate science journals, by recirculating their work on our centralized forum, with the objective of increasing readership and conversation. ICJS also strives to create material ranging from lab research to literature reviews, in all fields of science, in an attempt to amplify new voices.
