In align with The Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), Focal Skill provides financial and employment support to candidates who successfully complete the training programme. Through industry partnerships and associating with live projects, we endeavor to provide hands-on experience to the participants. The initiatives aim to improve the employability of youth including school drop-outs, semi-skilled and unskilled workers. Skill development programmes include basic computer literacy, beautician training, tailoring, and handicrafts.
