Since starting the group in the UK in Autumn of 2016, we are now upwards of 90 sites, with ambitious plans ahead. We run a number of award winning brands with quality products that we are incredibly proud of, creating over 450 new jobs to date. We have countless stories of managing and progressing our people through our business – many of our team members who started as sushi chefs are already chef managers – many of our chef managers have gone on to become area managers – those area managers have become our regional ops directors – and more ….. our people are our greatest asset!We are also immensely proud of our relationship with a number of retail partners including Sainsbury's, Whole Foods, Baxter Story & others.Our sushi concepts consist of:• Sushi Gourmet – Hand crafted sushi made fresh every day in store and authentic Asian hot food cooked on Japanese teppanyaki grill.• Genji – American inspired artisan sushi based off of fresh natural ingredients.• Izakaya – Japanese bar food served with a range of sake & craft beers• Mai – Japanese sushi inspired by cherry blossom and fresh classical flavours• Sushi and Robata – Quality eatery in High Street Kensington serving fresh sushi & delicious products off robata flame grillOur authentic cuisine concepts consist of:• Wok St – South east authentic Asian bowl food. The concept centres around Asian inspired dishes and genuine street food, focussing on noodle, rice, soups • Little India Kitchen – Another new concept which offers both authentic classical curries such as Korma & Tikka Masala and with new exciting flavours. Lots of healthy choices & vegetarian dishes! Expect sensual aromas and real cooking in a safe, trusted & modern inviting environment.• El Luchador – Mexican inspired street food which brings all of the spices and flavours from the region to you!
