On June 15, 2014 Global Property & Facilities International Ltd was registered as a wholly owned Nigerian company formerly WSP FMC Nigeria Limited, the company is established to provide integrated Services to clients in Nigeria and Africa, focusing on Integrated Facilities Management, Property Management with focus on retail management, leasing and advisory, also to provide operations and maintenance for infrastructures. The old company, was Incorporated on August 21, 2000, forms part of WSP Group Plc., an international business that provides management, consultancy and design to the property and construction sectors. We employ over 10,000 people worldwide and occupy over 200 offices worldwide.
