A segment of the GirlUp campaign under the ambit of the United Nations, GirlUp Avisha is an inter college club, stationed in Delhi, to uplift women who are deprived of the prerequisites of a better life. In the wake of the persisting gender inequality in varied arenas of life, GirlUp Avisha, true to its name, perceives women as a ‘gift of God' and aims at fathoming these stars into a constellation that would light up everyone's skies.Bearing in mind that change is inevitable, we aim at reforming society by facilitating the downtrodden, especially the women ,with adequate resources for their overall development.We aim at becoming the voices of the unheard and provide them with a platform to get rid of their inhibition and apprehensions.
