Alliance Mechanical Services, Inc. has been in continuous operation since 1980. Core services include Service, Maintenance and Installation of commercial HVAC, Refrigeration and Food Service Equipment. Since our founding 39 years ago, Alliance has grown to become the leader in the service of restaurants and institutional commercial kitchen operations in the greater Chicago area. Alliance offers 24/7/365 emergency service, which provides customers much-needed peace of mind knowing that our team is ALWAYS available in the event of a critical equipment failure. Making this possible is our Service Team, which includes over 40 experienced field technicians. The technicians are supported by an office-based team, consisting of two Project Managers, four Service Coordinators and a Service Manager. Bob Wartan, President and Founder of Alliance, oversees all aspects of the Service Team, including field technicians and office-based support staff. In addition to our Food Service clientele, Alliance is proud to also service and maintain HVAC systems for multiple commercial properties, including, office buildings, distribution centers, banks and more.
