Tribe Urban Entertainment is a rapidly growing and innovative media production house which comprises of Tribe Urban Studios and Tribe Urban Radio. The mission and aim of the company is to champion, support and grow a generation of leaders within the Black and Minority Ethnic community through the creative industries of entertainment, music, arts, culture, presenting and so on.Our vision stems from the belief that there is a gap in the entertainment industry especially when it comes to creating and providing and creating quality entertainment from the Afro, Caribbean, Latino and Urban entertainment sector. This means that Tribe Urban Entertainment is all about adding value to the interest of people who are indigenes to these markets.We intend to deliver this by;• Providing recorded and/or live streamed programs via the Internet.• Delivering a wide spectrum of programs that allow (within legal limits), expressions of opinion and opportunities to learn.• Raising awareness of ‘what's on' in the local area and other key public information.• Promote and celebrate the black and ethnic minority culture, including; languages, music, and heritage.• Using this process to bring our community together and create a sense of pride.• Playing a role where necessary to tackle or address tough social and community issues.• Providing on-going opportunities for people to develop their skills and knowledge through training, specific roles and/or positions of responsibility.• Creating a well-run local media powerhouse that results in a positive image of the black and ethnic minority Culture.• Maintaining popularity, volunteering community members and fundraising to execute sustainable projects within the local, national and international communities of interests.• Working with talented individuals in taking their creative aspirations, goals and ideas to the next level.• Creating engaging events celebrating diversity and culture
