The general philosophy of this firm is to improve athletic performance. However, we also believe it is very important to build positive life skills with our clients, therefore these "life-building" skills will also be emphasized. This firm has two main tenants; focusing on personal control and personal enjoyment. We teach our clients that results are often out of ones immediate control, so in order to be successful, one must focus on what they can control, which is generally effort and perseverance. Following these guidelines, people will ultimately attain the outcome they want, and will not be disappointed when things do not go their way. Furthermore, we aim to increase the enjoyment our clients experience in Sport and Exercise, as we believe this will not only improve performance, but also will increase our client's levels of happiness and satisfaction.
