Although most of the work is modern, traditional architectural features, such as brick facades with vertical punched openings, stone lintels and sills, window bays and cornice details are all reinterpreted into the urban designs which harmonize with the surrounding mature architecture. Established in 1981 by founding principal Dean Marchetto, FAIA the firm was later incorporated in 2000 and joined by partners Michael Higgins, AIA and Bruce Stieve, AIA.
