The studio contains traditional gym and rehab equipment alongside a mechanical horse and two equicisers. Video cameras are set up around the mechanical horse to analyse your position and symmetry, which can be affected as a result of injury. Personal Best also offers hands on treatment and acupuncture to support your recovery and help you get back in the saddle as soon as possible.
