The BARBRI Job Network - a free resource that connects law students with legal recruiters at private law firms, government agencies, state/federal courts and nonprofits. Students upload a resumé and transcript then complete a legal-specific profile that includes: academic achievements, voluntary diversity disclosures, the type of law they want to practice and where they'd ultimately like to work. Then they can submit those profiles in response to employer-posted jobs, or wait to be contacted by legal recruiters who can filter candidates by using more than 50 data points. The site is entirely free for students attending ABA-approved law schools and legal recruiters working at governmental agencies, state/federal courts, nonprofits and many BigLaw firms.
