Our personnel have created some of the most energy efficient schools and buildings in the industry, including two LEED platinum schools which have demonstrated over 50% energy savings. PM/CMPM/CM is more than a service, it's a process designed to deliver Earned Value Management. Our management approach is geared to shape effective decision making from inception to operations and maintenance through on-going Special Inspections.
