Within the last 24 years, THC has completed sound insulation treatments on more than 21,500 dwellings with a 98% homeowner satisfaction rate. THC is a pre-qualified Right of Way Acquisition consultant for the Georgia DOT, South Carolina DOT, North Carolina DOT and Texas DOT. THC has acquired more than 10,000 parcels by easement, fee simple, donation and condemnation, as well as relocated thousands of families and businesses in conformance with the Uniform Act (URA).
