Victus Ars is a high performance team of confectionery scientists dedicated to serving our clients in the sweet-snacking industry with technical expertise, confidentiality, and honest communication. Our Boutique Confectionery Product Development Lab is located on the Northwest side of Chicago, where we support clients throughout the USA and Globally. Our lab is audited by the Chicago Board of Health, so we can produce concepts for you to show customers or at trade shows. We work with ingredient companies and home-based consultants to produce their prototypes and application ideas too! At Victus Ars, we believe having fun in a happy environment while following scientific principles is the best way to work. We have bench top candy equipment, and love to share what we know!
