One of our self sufficient "Pipe Rigs" utilizes a 40 shipping container for transport and houses a powered conveyor and CNC plasma arc to cut 1-1/2 to 24 inch by 1" thick pipe including carbon, stainless and galvanized pipes. The Rig is designed to be powered by grid or generator and work on remote sites or areas where labor resources and accommodations are limited. During shipping the container houses an infeed conveyor and dust collector which are easily removed and placed upon arrival at site. Pipes are loaded by site forklift and are safely handled by the powered infeed conveyor, and powered trolley/hoist. Dust/fumes are captured with the HEPA filtered collector which will allow the Rig to be operated with zero emissions.Furthermore, our services result in increased productivity, reduced cost, higher quality, time savings, a safer method to cut pipes and reduced environmental impact.
