The company headquarters is located in Seoul with a drone autonomy subsidiary, 42air, in San Francisco. The company raised 32 billion KRW (25 million USD) in pre-Series A funding from Korean conglomerates Kia Motors, SK, LG, and CJ including seed funding from Hyundai Motor Company. In June 2020, the company secured 17 billion KRW (14 million USD) from LIG Nex1, KTB Network, Shinhan Bank and IMM Investment.
