How we got our name: There is something magical about the simple and authentic. At Ugly's Pub, look close and you will find reclaimed, re-purposed and thrown out materials that are dented, weathered, scratched, chipped or tarnished. Alone, they are "ugly" by definition, but magnificent when brought together and creatively utilized. Food: Ugly's restaurant is lead by Executive Chef Jordan Short, a former Culinary Director at Whole Foods. Chef's menu features Rustic American Cuisine, which pays homage to the classic comfort foods we have enjoyed for decades through old-fashioned made-from-scratch principles of freshness and creativity. Ugly's menu adds flavorful twists to salads, tacos, burgers, sandwiches and pizzas. Late Night Ugly's Pub is Milwaukee's sexiest bar to mingle, tease, dance or be seen.
