What we noticed over the years was that our team of passionate problem solvers developed deeper consulting relationships with customers. We were being invited to advise them on how to catalyze large-scale transformation in their businesses through change management, learning and development, creative services, documentation, and other services. We saw an opportunity to use our wonderful relationships with really smart consultants and engaged clients to deliberately evolve the services we offered. Over the last three years of very hard work, it has come to be.
