Strategic planning We have strong negotiating skills that have opened many doors at courthouse and title plants. We have done projects from complete digitizing of an entire courthouse to limited strategic in-and-out due diligence programs. We have negotiated the use of cameras and high volume scanning equipment in to places never allowed before. Our processes are based around Six Sigma principles and ISO standards, enabling us to continuously evolve our process. As each County is immensely unique, we have adjusted our process to adapt to utilizing some or all of our systems and equipment. This has ensured that we are dynamic and adaptable to all situations. In the very near future, we plan on being able to display systematically measured key benchmarks via a web-based dashboard. It will display the measured costs and project quality on a daily/weekly/project basis. This will allow you, our client, to always keep track of the status of your projects accurately and precise in real time.
