Sexual Assault/Rape Crisis Services of Cumberland County strives to provide a supportive atmosphere for victims of sexual violence and their significant others in order to facilitate their healing and empowerment. 24-hour hotline number is 1-888-727-2877. Support services are free and confidential, and include 24-hour hotline, counseling and therapy, advocacy at medical and legal proceedings, protection orders and prevention education programs.YWCA Carlisle's Preschool serves children in the community from age 2-years 7-months through age 5-years. We believe in early childhood education and providing resources to every child, regardless of their socioeconomic circumstances.
