NFCC offers services at a significantly reduced base rate, through insurance options, and with the option of a reduced fee sliding scale for those who otherwise could not afford treatment. NFCC's counselors provide in-house and telehealth counseling sessions to individuals, couples, children as young as 3 years old and families. In addition to helping clients on-site, NFCC also helps the community at large via offering workshops and talks led by NFCC clinicians, developing and participating in grant and community programs, and dispersing helpful mental health information via a podcast, "NFCC's Guide through the Seasons of Mental Wellness".
