ORGANIZATIONAL AUDIT, ASSESSMENT & PLANNING (SCORECARDS): Identify the priorities, activities and projects that an org can execute with current (and anticipated, decreased) resources - along with the key measures we will have in place to understand as leaders if we are meeting (or not meeting) our priorities and objectives. 2. GAP ANALYSIS / SCENARIO PLANNING: identify those activities and projects to will STOP DOING and/or STREAMLINE due to gaps in resources (personnel, funding and/or assets, etc.). 3. MATURITY OF ENTERPRISE & PROCESSES (PEMM): Assessing enterprise and process maturity will go a long way in helping the organization make educated decisions on money spent on realistic projects and activities. 4. SUSTAINABLE & TACTICAL COST REDUCTION MODEL (STCRM): a model developed by TBMG and its partner(s) to adjudicate and balance sustainable costs with cost reduction strategies. This methodology is a deeper dive into true cost analysis and management and utilizes the organizational scorecards, gap analysis/scenario planning and Process Enterprise Maturity Model (PEMM). 5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT (PM): manage the triple constraint of COST, SCHEDULE and SCOPE for large and small projects within the United States Government and Dept of Defense.
