Leo Express is a multimodal transportation company, operating modern trains on major routes in Czech Republic and Slovakia since 2012. The carrier also has a network of bus and minibus connections linked to railway lines in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Germany, Poland and Ukraine. Leo Express has acquired selected assets of German Locomore operator and restart its operation between Berlin ad Stuttgart in August 2017 in cooperation with FlixBus. Leo Express is therefore the first Czech passenger operator that launched services outside Czech Republic and Slovakia. At major locations, Leo Express offers door2door transportation. In 2016, the company signed a strategic rolling stock purchase contract with the largest global rail manufacturer CRRC. In 2017, the company established a community carsharing app SmileCar.
