Larus Foundation is a non-profit organization that was established in 2018. With our work, we strive to increase public engagement in the process of Internet policy development to make sure the Internet infrastructure remains free and fair for the foreseeable future. Through our Fellowship program, we support various stakeholders, particularly students and academics, to take an active part in Internet governance. We do so by encouraging their participation in the policy-making forums and their attendance of the policy-making conferences organized by the various Regional Internet Registries (RIRs).
