Derek is the founder of Direct Lift and currently operates the Direct Lift sales warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. Direct Lift was founded based on the premise that commercial grade car and motorcycle lifts could be manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001-certified manufacturing plant and sold directly to the end-user at the lowest possible price. This large challenge was eagerly met and improved upon in a relatively short period of time. As a result, Direct Lift became the second largest automotive lift manufacturer in the world and was acquired by the largest lift manufacturer, Rotary Lift Consolidated, in 2007. Rotary Lift also owns the Forward Lift and Revolution Lift brands. Now, the Direct Lift product line has expanded to offer a wide range of vehicle lift products that meet the needs of every shop.
