Digital Context Limited (DCL) was formed in 2014 by Founder and Managing Partner Stewart Hopkins who is the ex-CIO of Tesco UK.Our ambition is to create not 'just another consultancy' but build a team of people that know how to bridge business and technology strategy and actually deliver the strategy with high-quality industry practitioners rather than consultants.
