We believe that affordable housing and supportive programs improve the economic status of residents, transform neighborhoods and stabilize lives.We provide affordable, program-enriched housing to a variety of people across the country, including low-income families, seniors and people with special needs. We acquire and renovate housing, as well as develop new properties. The majority of our homes are rental, but we also offer some homeownership opportunities in various communities.
