Doctors Without Borders India / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by natural and man-made disasters, exclusion from healthcare, armed conflict and epidemics. MSF offers assistance to people based on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. MSF was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1999.MSF has been working in India since 1999 and provides medical treatment to thousands of patients in Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, Maharashtra, Manipur and Telangana.
