What do you think when you say "Hashtag"? You think relevant, funny, topical, social media, creativity, etc. Well, Hashtag Studios tries to be a little bit of all of those. Hashtag has its roots in digital media as it was originally a podcast network. Born of that was were video podcasts, then short video series, then short films. Since its inception in 2009 Hashtag has grown from a single 2-man show to nearly 45 collaborators from across the US working on nearly a dozen podcasts and original web series. In mid-2013 Hashtag jumped into it's final creative branch: Publishing! Hashtag Comics is going to be making its debut in the Summer of 2014 with the launch of 4 exciting new series of comic books. Some are for mature audiences, some for all audiences, but rest assured they're all really fun!Hashtag Comics will be making a splash very soon so stay tuned!
