Triland Metals is a 100% subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, specialising in base, precious and ferrous derivatives. Established in 1971, Triland Metals is a Category 2 member of the LME, headquartered in London with regional offices in New York, Singapore and Tokyo.We primarily service physical metals users who participate on terminal markets to mitigate price risk within their businesses. Our services include round-the-clock risk management solutions for both on exchange and OTC contracts, warrant trading and provision of credit facilities.In 2017 we formed a Structure Finance department enabling clients to engage in Repo and Voyage Financing. Last year the launch of Tri-X, our in-house developed trading platform has allowed clients to obtain instantaneous quotes for metals in USD, GBP, EUR and JPY. The success of this platform has led to multi-language access and the further development of a bespoke Tri-X app as well as averaging and swaps.
