HRS Construction Ltd (HRS) was born from Hughes Rees Sara Construction – a successful commercial construction company with an 18 year trading history. In 2005 Andrew Marshall and Richard Gibb become shareholders and directors; strengthening the company's management resources and providing a long term growth path, continued reputation of the company and the quality produced by the HRS team and its partnering consultants and subcontractors.
