BIOSTARCH Co., Ltd, a bio-sourced resin producer in Vietnam, which is established in 2018. Our Bio-based resin is compound of cassava starch and petroleum resin. Cassava is a popular agricultural species in Vietnam and used to use at low value. The products that are used by BIOSTARCH's resin have two advantages (1) flexibility and various thickness like plastics and (2) natural smell and food safety like starch.BIOSTARCH spent a decade researching the bio-based resin and our team has been successfully invented a new technology that can modify polymer structure, thus micro-organism can digest the polymer and shorten decomposition process of bio-plastic. This innovation has been certified by recognized international organizations such as USDA (The US), TUV Austria (2-star rank) and Quatest 3 (Vietnam).Our company focuses on producing bio-sourced resin and creating an eco-product system where there are a sharing benefit between cassava farmers, packaging manufacturers, and BIOSTARCH. Thus, BIOSTARCH believes we can contribute our efforts to the improvement of Vietnamese product quality.
