We have Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers who provide services include but not limited to preparation of Bills of Quantities in Architectural, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical services, Construction Management, Cost Management, Value Engineering, Claims Management, Pre and Post Contract administration and Dispute Resolution services etc. We have a Project Management Department with a fully pledged Value Engineering Unit with SAVE certified VMA and CVS professionals to provide Value Engineering services to project of any complexity. Our outsource unit in Sri Lanka is readily available to undertake work of any magnitude with proper coordination giving clients a more control and convenience over the delivery of services. Our Organization is regulated by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors UK (RICS) and we are a registered practice in Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS). Our principal officers are individual corporate members of one or both of above institutions upholding the professional values espoused by aforementioned institutions.
