Most importantly, we do all this safely with integrity, ethics, and transparency.Perfex team members have worked for many of the world's largest corporate chemical services providers, and this experience galvanized our belief in Perfex's business approach. We empower personnel to do what is right by their customers and people – others do not. We are change leaders and never say "because this is how it's been done in the past" – others are stuck in the status quo and defined by executive decisions based solely on the bottom line and bonus sales targets, resulting in negative impacts on personnel and customer service. The customer is paying for R&D, regardless of whether the customer is benefiting from it.
