Ohio Health Consortium (OHC) was incorporated in March of 1996. We provide a full range of substance abuse testing and employment screening services. Geographically, most of our clients are located in Ohio, however, we have a client list of over 4000 firms located throughout the continental U.S. As a Third Party Administrator, Consortium and Medical Review Officer service provider, we work with laboratories, hospitals and occupational medical clinics to provide comprehensive testing programs for their clients, including those participating in the Ohio BWC Drug Free Safety Program. We have significant expertise and are well versed in the U.S. Federal Code of Federal Regulations covering Highways (FMCSA); Transit (FTA), Aviation (FAA), Pipelines (PHMSA) and we have supplementary experience with the other DOT administrations. Ohio Health Consortium's MRO services are directed by Donald E. Harris, D.O., R.Ph. who is a physician, registered pharmacist, and certified by the American Association of MROs (AAMRO). Dr. Harris, along with Charles Marty, M.D., provide occupational medical services in our Ohio facilities, including hundreds of DOT physicals each year. Dwight D. Newell, C-SAPA and Larry P. Wills, C-SAPA are both certified by CCDAPP (formerly known as SAPACC), a nationally recognized commission formed to certify Substance Abuse Program Administrators. CCDAPP's mission is "To develop and deliver the highest quality certification process that validates knowledge, experiences and training in the field of drug and alcohol program administration and contributes to continued improvement of standards of competence." http://www.ccdapp.org/
