Founded by Dylan Patrick, HIF is a nonprofit startup building pathways to sustainable solutions to challenges of our lifetime. Not by approaching challenges with topical strategies that provide temporary relief, but through an innovative strategy of human development. In a world of unprecedented access to tech, information, and talent, innovation in human development is lacking. HIF is the missing link. It is designed as an ecosystem of education, research, and advocacy platforms. This holistic framework exists in a state of symbiotic influence.Founder Dylan Patrick's theory of sustainable solutions balances tools, resources, and human potential. Its ecosystem addresses immediate needs while stimulating long-term impact by strengthening skills and qualities enhancing performance in the classroom and beyond, driving exploration of challenges, construction of solutions, and continued development of HIF's theory of impact, and advocacy for the macro drivers of human development: Art, Education, and Innovation.Currently, HIF is focused on its education experience: We're Talking About Art, HIF Podcast Series, and targeted research projects. The result will be a blend of enhanced performance in the classroom, strengthened arts, translation of creative thinking into critical action, and the empowerment and inspiration of people to break barriers and maximize their potential.Recognizing that the world is always changing, and every community has different needs, HIF has a healthy development pipeline. We are building on the core education concept of WTAA into new education elements. Fundraising efforts are working hard to launch the HIF Center. The goal is to enable HIF to expand its impact, geographic outreach, and organizational reliability.
