Since our inception as a not-for-profit (501c3) firm in 1997, Coordinated Transportation Solutions ("CTS") has provided the North Eastern United States with reliable, safe, and cost effective Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, Special Education Transportation and Workers Compensation Transportation. We currently provide over one million trips annually to residents of Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and New York. CTS is the only Connecticut based not-for-profit or for profit company providing these services and one of only a half a dozen operating in multiple states. In addition to transportation services, CTS also has extensive experience in transportation coordination planning, brokerage operations, urban/rural transit operations, para-transit services, provider relations, trip utilization analysis and customer service. Our consulting services have been used throughout New England by a variety of clients from public agencies to not-for-profit organizations and for-profit companies. CTS maintains long term partnerships with our Business Clients and Transportation Provider networks built on mutual respect, trust, and a shared objectives to maximize the transportation options available in communities at the least possible cost.
