Clinical Director/Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Coordinator at Cahaba Medical Care - Centreville, AL, US
Cahaba Medical Care is a Community Health Center (FQHC), accredited as a Patient-centered Medical Home (PCMH) by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and Joint Commission. We currently have ten sites in Central Alabama serving Bibb, Perry, Chilton, Dallas, Autauga and Jefferson Counties. Our health centers provide comprehensive primary care services, including treatment and management of chronic and acute diseases; preventative care and cancer screenings; pediatric care; women's health services; prenatal care and obstetrics; dermatological services; geriatrics; sports medicine services; mental healthcare; dental services and much more. Cahaba Medical Care provides high-quality health services regardless of a patient's ability to pay by offering a discounted, sliding fee schedule based on income and family size. While this has been the mission of the clinic since its founding, our capabilities have continued to develop and grow through our designation as a nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). As an FQHC, we are stewards of annual federal funding that allows us to enhance our services to those without insurance and to those facing hardship - whether medical, social, financial or emotional.
