Centre 33 believes that every young person in Cambridgeshire can fulfil their potential. We support and empower young people to overcome their problems through a range of free and confidential services.\\The Information and Support Service provides information, advice, assessment and advocacy to young people through open access drop-in services and workshops. The service aims to give young people access to information, to raise awareness and support them to make timely and healthy choices in their lives. The service also supports young people to understand their needs and access further support. The housing service works to prevent young people's homelessness by supporting them to access safe accommodation. \\Mental Health and Counselling Service offer free and confidential mental health support and counselling to young people, providing a safe place for young people to share their feelings and explore ways of overcoming their distress. The service aims to support young people to improve their mental well-being, decrease poor mental ill health and ensure young people have access to any further services that can help them. \\Young carers are children and young people who often take on practical and/or emotional caring responsibilities for a sick or disabled relative that would normally be expected of an adult. The Young Carers Service offers them respite from their caring responsibilities, one-to-one support and advocacy. The service aims to ensure that Young Carers have the same life chances, well-being and voice as their peers.
