We have been in business here in Florida for 25+ years. With our sister company ACT Architects we do offer design build services. We are listed in the top 20 Commercial General Contractors, Commercial Remodelers and ACT Architects is in the top 20 Architects in North Florida as listed by the Jax Biz Journal. In 2014 we are working on 45 jobs including over 200,000 feet of medical centers, 15 restaurants and multiple retail and office buildings. We will look at projects from 150 k - 5 million. We limit our use of subcontractors normally to only MEP and specialty trades. We provide our own in house labor for Demo, Concrete, Framing, Drywall, Trim, Doors, Ceiling, and floors.
