In 1969, Mark Wieser started selling jams and jellies from a roadside fruit stand in front of the family farmstead. A decade later, Case Fischer, a dedicated worker on the farmstead and a recent grad of Texas A&M, partnered with Mark to expand their current offerings. Today, Fischer & Wieser is a national award-winning specialty food company that offers over 150 products that include condiments, pasta sauces, soups, meal starters, marinades, cooking sauces, pie fillings, and internationally inspired recipes. The 85,000 sq ft SQF Level 2 facility specializes in hot-fill, shelf-stable products that are manufactured in Fredericksburg, TX. Fischer & Wieser is well known for award-winning unique recipes that include the expertise of recipe creation, hand-roasting, and use of high-risk allergens.
