A great company, with great people, delivering great projects.We provide services for projects involving land development; water treatment, storage and distribution; wastewater collection and treatment; stormwater management; air quality permitting; commercial and industrial site development; single-family and multi-family residential development; primary and secondary school sites; road design and reconstruction; contract administration; and traffic engineering. Sands Decker Ltd. was formed in 1998 and joined CPS Consulting Group in 2007 to become Sands Decker CPS, LLC. In 2008, Mark W. Antonetz, P.E. joined the firm and provides additional expertise in commercial site development. In 2018, the company was re-branded as "Sands Decker" with a fresh logo and colors that better reflect our mission and values.
