From HRAWI & FHRAI we'd like to introduce IHQS – a reliable, transparent, simple, comprehensive & ergonomic hotel rating system to categorize your hotels by your Association. This rating system is created for the hoteliers by the hoteliers, the way Singapore (STPB) or USA (AAA) classifies their members. Professional auditors will use our published guidelines to conduct on site evaluations & assign approved establishments a rating of the relevant IHQS Diamonds. They will gather input, discuss the meaning of our ratings, & openly share how Diamond Ratings are applied at your property level. Inspections shall be done by an independent auditor based on qualities that are important to your guests. The focus here is comfort, convenience, hygiene, safety & security. IHQS will support, enhance, develop, enrich & guide you to maintain world class standards.As per the Indore convention, HRAWI & FHRAI shall award IHQS to as many member properties it can & impress the Ministry of Tourism to hand-over all the perquisites that the HRACC star category hotels avail of today.
