Soter handles the management of non-fault and fault incidents, keen to help reduce duplication and conflict while sharing income streams fairly with the parties involved. Soter has built its client base rapidly by offering a new FNOL service, incident management processes, additional products and services but also helping brokers respond to the rapidly changing regulatory environment.
