These specially prepared meals are designed to support client's HIV regiments.• Case Management and Medical Case Management: provides client intake or recertification, enrolls clients into programs, makes referrals; provides linkage to healthcare, and follow-up• Linguistic Services: program provides Spanish language interpretation and translation for Spanish-speaking clients, their caregivers, and other North Texas service providersServing At-Risk Individuals and Communities in Spanish and English:Health Services: providing outreach, health education, HIV and STI education, HIV testing and counseling, health assessments for a range of medical risk factors while collaborating with medical providers, and casework, and providing linkage to healthcare Manos Unidas: is a targeted program providing all AIN health service initiatives to the Latinx community: • A health booth at the Mexican Consulate which delivers information, referrals, health education and testing.
