Swift Fix is a One Call - One Solution progressive building maintenance company. We specialise in all aspects of building repair and alterations. Our core clients are national and regional house builders, where we work in conjunction with their customer care departments completing works that fall within their two year defects liability period and larger scale works that fall under the NHBC warranty.All trades are covered including:Brickwork - joinery - roofing - plumbing & heating - electrical - plastering - ceramic tiling - painting & decorating.Additional external works including land drainage - tree surgery - landscaping - fencing - patio & block paving - show home steel railings - balconies - security railings & grills.All of our operatives are multi skilled, but fundamentally have a core trade background. All operatives receive regular training on HS&E and Customer Care.
