I started A-Team Fitness to provide people with great personal training, by someone who has struggled with fitness before. I was obese as a child, and decided in my last year of high school that I needed to change. I help my clients retake control of their health and of their lives by providing them with the skills necessary to be healthy and active, forever. We accomplish this goal through individual personal training, our Choose to Lose 4-week weight loss program, and various corporate wellness initiatives. I service many unique individuals, all with different goals, but we are one team. We motivate and support each other to accomplish and exceed all of our goals.
