Having started in January 2018, our main focus at this stage is improving health through exercise and fitness services to our communities, supporting children and adults through online resources and live groups, as well as one-on-one services.Our focus on analysing physiologic efficiencies derived from our own research, and developing these parameters through mode-specific functional breathing training and specialised exercise programming covering a wide range of training options, allows MOOVPAD to deliver results that will surprise!The research has been presented to clinical and exercise professionals in Australia at a range of national and international conferences, and now it's also available to our communities... and you.Our main office-work is done through space at the business innovation incubator 'Launch Pad'​, based at Western Sydney University in New South Wales, Australia. Our services and workshops are delivered at a range of locations based on community needs. And now we work!
